RV Brothers Business Consortium is a family-run enterprise led by brothers Anand Raveendran and Aswin Raveendran, who serve as partners in the business. The guiding force and pillar of strength behind our journey is Shri P. Raveendran, retired Planning Division Head at ISRO, whose wisdom and values continue to inspire us. Together, we are committed to creating value-driven products and services that prioritize humanity, customer service, and client satisfaction above all else.

Business Inception
Started as a partnership registered firm, under Registrar of Business, Govt. of India
Fasteners & Bearings Business
Started with the distribution of fasteners and bearings. We dealt in premium stainless steel fasteners of 304 grade and carried bearing brands such as SKF, FAG, NBC, and HCH.
GST Certification
Achieved GST certification, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Since then, GST filings have been maintained without fail, demonstrating our commitment to regulatory adherence.
Expansion into Toys
The business diversified its product offerings by entering the toys category, marking a significant expansion in our market reach.
MSME Certification
Obtained the MSME Certification, which provided recognition and various benefits under the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises sector.
IEC (Import Export License)
Acquired the Import Export License, enabling us to expand our business into international markets and broaden its customer base.
Government Tenders
We became a government-approved seller, opening up opportunities to participate in government tenders. This recognition further established our credibility and expanded our business scope.
FSSAI Certification
Obtained FSSAI Certification, marking our entry into the food sector and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Ecommerce Presence
Established a strong online presence by launching sales on Amazon and Meesho, as well as developing a dedicated website for our toys category, reaching a wider audience through e-commerce platforms.
Association with MICAE
