Refund and Returns Policy
At RV Brothers Business Consortium, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for products purchased through our Website, rvbrothers.in.
1. Return / Refund Eligibility
- For bearings and fasteners: Returns and not accepted and Refunds will not be issued provided the product packaging got damaged before delivery. In that case, please inform us within 2 days from the date of delivery. We encourage customers to ensure the correct size dimensions are ordered before completing their purchase.
- For toys: If the product is damaged before delivery, please inform us within 2 days from the date of delivery. We will assess the situation and initiate appropriate action.
- For FMCG: Return and Refunds are not eligible for this category products. We take atmost care in inspecting the product and make sure it is fresh, health friendly. Hence there is no return for change of mind.
2. Wrong Product Orders
Refunds will not be processed for wrong product orders. We recommend that customers carefully review the product description section before placing an order to ensure the correct item is selected.
3. Damaged Product Claims
If a product is found to be damaged before delivery, customers must contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item. Please provide relevant details and images of the damaged product for assessment.
4. No Return/Refund for Change of Mind
Please note that returns wont be entertained and refunds will not be processed for change of mind or if a wrong product is ordered by mistake.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is deemed eligible based on the above criteria, it will be processed within 1 day from the date of approval.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
